Call For Paper The 1st Annual Al-Albab ­Writing ­Competition (AAWC)

The Editorial Board of Al-­Albab ­Journal is pleased to ­announce The 1st Annual Al-Albab ­Writing ­Competition (AAWC) for ­original and innovative articles on, but not ­limited to, ­religious and ­cross-­cultural studies. Those on interdisciplinary studies in the area of history, politics, ­economics, ­linguistics, sociology and ­anthropology of Religion are also welcome.

The total prize distributed to the winners of the competition is Rp.3.000.000 or about US$.2,750
1. The 1st winner (1 article) will receive Rp.7.000.000
2. The 2nd winner (1 article) will receive Rp.5.000.000
3. The 3rd winner (1 article) will receive Rp.3.000.000
4. 13 selected prize winners for each of Rp.1.000.000

All award-winning submissions will be published at Al-Albab!
• Submissions should be in good academic English.
• The length of the article is between 7,000 - 9,000 words.
• The article must be formatted following the Al-­Albab Journal author guidelines appended on the website.
• Your article should be submitted online through Open ­Journal System (OJS) at: http://jurnaliainpontianak.or.id/index.php/alalbab and sent as an email attachment using ­Microsoft Word 2013 with email subject header “The 1st Al-Albab ­Article ­Writing Competition” together with a brief CV to redaksi.bjrs@gmail.com by 30 April 2017.
