FOCUS & SCOPE: Al Mizan Law Review is an open-access, peer-reviewed academic journal that serves as an international platform for advancing Islamic legal studies. The journal welcomes high-quality research articles utilizing both normative-doctrinal and empirical approaches, spanning a comprehensive scope that includes Constitutional Law, Human Rights, Islamic Jurisprudence (Fiqh), and Legal Theory (Ushul al-Fiqh), as well as contemporary legal developments in the Muslim world and comparative studies relevant to Islamic legal contexts.
