Selamat siang bapak ibu sekalian, disini saya ingin bertanya, ketika saya ingin mengenroll user dari menu Enroll a User from this Site in this Journal, muncul Pesan db error commands out of sync you can't run this command now, mohon arahan bagaimana cara mengatasinya, terima kasih

setting db mysql atau mysqli?
error_log ?
