Gagal menghapus Submission OJS 3.1.2.1

Ijin bertanya.
Kenapa ketika menghapus Submission selalu gagal dan muncul pesan error "An unexpected error has occurred. Please reload the page and try again."
Ketika saya coba di server lokal tidak ada masalah.
Saya menggunakan versi OJS 3.1.2.1
Mohon panduan solusi dari tim RJI.
