Saat meng-klik link DOI di sistem jurnal Analis Kebijakan online kami, muncul text berikut :

Solusi buka file XML nya dari liat baris terakhirnya, kemudian hapus tulisan <h1>DB Error: MySQL server has gone away</h1> pada baris terakhir. Simpan dan unggah kembali ke sistem DOI

Itu biasanya ada karakter yang ditolak dalam validasi XML, seperti pada panduan https://forum.relawanjurnal.id/viewtopi ... 3436#p3436. jika masih Gagal maka jenis Encodingnya perlu diubah ke UTF-8 atau UTF-8 Without BOM. Mengubah encoding bisa dilakukan di teks editor misal dengan Notepad ++.

Artinya: Terdapat karakter yang ditolak oleh sistem crossref, dalam kasus di atas karakter tersebut adalah spasi (di antara sport dan area). Perlu diketahui juga beberapa karakter yang ditolak oleh sistem XML adalah:

Solusi: untuk kasus karakter spasi tadi, silahkan hapus spasi pada initial journal (ada di setup 1 untuk OJS 2. Silahkan dicek terutama pada initial (setup 1 jika OJS 2 atau pada Setting, Journal, Masthead untuk OJS 3) dan hapus spasi tersebut. Selain itu untuk kasus karakter lainnya silahkan cek pada judul artikel atau abstrak artikel ada tau tidak karakter yang tidak diijinkan tersebut. Jika ada maka karakter tersebut bisa diganti dengan:

Ketika saya coba Submit atau Download XLM artikel, muncul error seperti ini:

Saya sudah mencoba untuk download 1 artikel saja, tetap saja error.
